- 2 Cups of Water
- 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
- ¼ Cup of Oats
- ¼ Cup of Walnuts
- ½ Banana
- ¼ Cup of Chia Seeds
- Add water, frozen blueberries, oats, walnuts, banana and chia seeds to blender.
- Put on lid and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Pour in glass to serve.
