Our 10 Favorite Detox Water Recipes
Detox water, or water infused with fruits, spices, or herbs, are a fun and healthy way to have a flavored beverage without all the processed sugar and calories. The reason they’re called detox waters is that the enzymes infused with water get rid of the toxin in your body to promote weight loss and help you gain more energy.
There are also properties and nutrients in certain fruits, herbs, and vegetables that aid digestion, improve hydration in skin and help combat acne. Plus while you’re working toward your fitness goals, infused waters are aesthetically pleasing and can spice up the decor of a spring BBQ or a summer pool party.
1. Lemon, Mint & Cucumber
Think elevated hotel lobby water. Lemon is full of vitamin c and helps absorb nutrients, while the cucumber offsets the citrus it also is jam packed full of vitamin b-5 which has been used to treat acne. Lastly, the mint aids with digestion.

5. Watermelon, Cucumber, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Mint
For more of a vitamin-packed detox water, you can just add more fillings. The watermelon, cucumber, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and mint combo is vitamin rich drink. It will make it feel like you are indulging in juice, minus the high sugar content.
