Detox water cocktail

Detox water, or water infused with fruits, spices, or herbs, are a fun and healthy way to have a flavored beverage without all the processed sugar and calories. The reason they’re called detox waters is that the enzymes infused with water get rid of the toxin in your body to promote weight loss and help you gain more energy.

There are also properties and nutrients in certain fruits, herbs, and vegetables that aid digestion, improve hydration in skin and help combat acne. Plus while you’re working toward your fitness goals, infused waters are aesthetically pleasing and can spice up the decor of a spring BBQ or a summer pool party.
