Black Charcoal Toothpaste Turns Teeth White?!?!
Beauty Busters (S02 E04)
If by now you haven’t seen mouths full of black foam all over the Internet, you must not have online access, because it is EVERYWHERE. Annalee finds out if it is all hype or if it is legit on this episode of Beauty Busters.
In this episode of Beauty Busters, Annalee Belle tries a charcoal toothpaste to see if black toothpaste can make your teeth white.
Here are some quick thoughts from Annalee:
If by now you haven’t seen mouths full of black foam all over the Internet, you must not have online access, because it is EVERYWHERE. And I do mean everywhere. It seems like no space is safe from videos and photos of cute influencers brushing their teeth with charcoal toothpaste and having a dazzling smile afterwards.
Generally in my beauty videos I test out make up products, but teeth are a huge part of a persons overall appearance so when Sara Goessel over on Facebook suggested I try this toothpaste, I decided to give it a go. Not all cultures place such an emphasis on the importance of white teeth, but ours certainly does. About six months ago, I noticed my teeth were getting more yellow on my canines and I was planning to start using one of my teeth whitening systems. Being on the road for so many months made it hard to find time, so I figured testing out a toothpaste would be easier.
Also, as many of you know, I am a huge advocate for more natural products when possible. While I do understand the importance of fluoride, most of us get plenty of it from fluoridated water or toothpaste/mouthwash containing fluoride. The fact that this toothpaste had less chemicals and claimed to taste great and whiten teeth within as little as two uses had me pretty excited to try it!
