Recently, I visited the SOFLO Cake and Candy Expo in Miami Florida, one of the biggest cake shows in the country. Wandering around the exhibit hall I was able to get my hands on and experiment with so many helpful kitchen tools that I decided to compile a list of my top 10 favorite gadgets and gizmos for innovative baking in the kitchen.
